Sena is a comprehensive QT magazine that consists of devotionals, Sunday School materials, and articles geared toward teens. Sena offers guidance for building up the youth in the Word of God and helping them choose sound biblical values rather than simply following current culture. Like a good friend, Sena comes alongside the youth and supports and encourages them.

1. Prepare: Choose a time and a quiet place to meet with God. Try singing or listening to a praise song to focus your mind on Him. Ask Him to open your eyes and ears to see and hear from Him.

2. Read: Read the passage once to get the overall picture. Read it again and underline or highlight the verses that stood out.

3. Observe & Reflect: Reflect on those verses, asking God what He is trying to teach you. Consider the surrounding text to avoid taking things out of context.

4. Apply: Find one way to apply what you have learned to your life. It could be a sin to confess, an action to take, a promise to claim, or directions for the future.

5. Pray: Ask God for wisdom and courage to obey what He has revealed to you through the text.

6. Share: Share what God has taught you and learn from one another.

Memorize: God's Word is the sword of the Spirit! Check out and learn by heart the Memory Verse of the Week featured on the weekly dividers and stickers.

Intercede: We provide information about a persecuted people group and an unreached people group on the weekly dividers. Start each week by interceding for these two groups and remember them in prayer throughout the week.

Family Devotionals: Set aside time every week to study God's Word with your family! The same guide appears every Sunday in our adult devotional, Living Life, and our children's devotional, I love Jesus.

Weekly Bible Study: The WBS allow you to do an in-depth study of the provided Scripture on your own or in your church small group. Guidelines can be found at the back of this magazine.
